Before you build, remodel, or make any structural, load-bearing, electrical, plumbing, or permit-related decisions, always consult a licensed architect, structural engineer, or contractor and obtain stamped drawings where required.

You retain ownership of the photos, descriptions, and inputs you provide. By submitting content, you grant Verdio a limited license to process it in order to generate design outputs for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

The Verdio website, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Verdio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the design outputs generated for you, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the platform itself without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided «as is» and «as available» without warranties of any kind. Verdio does not guarantee that AI-generated designs will be accurate, buildable, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verdio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any AI-generated design output.
